Butcher Block... except, not really

The original Albertsons meat and seafood decor was left remarkably intact during this store's double conversion -- all Haggen and Campeón did was replace the signage and possibly repaint the awnings (the green looks rather Haggen-y and isn't the color I'm used to seeing here). But there's something rather strange going on, which isn't super obvious from this picture... but we'll get to that tomorrow.
