I'm not sure if Kroger used this design in any other region, but it has a strong Northwest feel with wood and stone accents everywhere. In fact, it's very reminiscent of the stores Haggen built in the 90s and 00s! It's hard to imagine Kroger copying off Haggen, but back in the early 00s, QFC and Haggen were direct competitors, before QFC started moving down-market and Haggen started making disastrous business decisions.
