Corner view

It gets weirder, though. In this picture, you can clearly see a grill up on the balcony (another reason I thought it was being used as some sort of outdoor sales space), along with a couple of permanently installed benches. Meanwhile, the only Street View shot showing any sort of activity up there seems to show a party going on, with an "It's a Girl" banner and some balloons. Huh? My only guess is that maybe this is being used as some sort of outdoor employee break room. Note also that the glass railing continues all the way around the low roof, as if the whole thing is accessible space, but aerial images seem to show that it's just normal roofing material up there, not a surface designed for people to walk on it.
