All of the poorly-cleaned-up graffiti on the Walmart facade is another sign that this isn't the greatest area! The whole place looks like it could use a paint job, even though it had only been a few years since it was last painted. I suppose the weather conditions are pretty harsh on paint in the LA area, even if the seemingly constant sun was gone when I was here.
