Opposite the main corridor from Fashion Boulevard, the other half of the upper level is home to the food court. As you'd expect from Canada, this is the busiest part of the mall by far, but even it doesn't seem to be that busy. Maybe 11:30 was a little early for lunch, but not by much! Still, considering how dead the rest of the mall is, this is pretty impressive, probably on par with a mid-level mall around Seattle. Several older tenants have cool neon signage, too -- I bet there would have been a lot more neon when the mall opened (if they managed to sign up a decent number of food court tenants back then, that is).
