Bartell does seem to have been allowed to make their own decisions on merchandising to some extent, including having a larger food selection than the typical Rite Aid. The aisle markers in this store are a bit confusing, seemingly aligning with the shelving rather than the aisle itself; I guess the arrows are supposed to show which side of the shelf the products are on, but I just don't get why Bartell felt the need to reinvent the wheel here.
