Stepping inside

The layout of this store is very strange (unsurprisingly for such an old building that has had multiple additions over the years), and the entrance is, well, the opposite of grand, leading into a cramped, low-ceiling alcove of the produce department. Unfortunately, unlike Haggen, Andronico's did get stuck with the Sincerely campaign, along with some Lifestyle-like fixtures, so I guess they're not quite as independent from the rest of Albertsons as Haggen is. They're probably on a similar level to Acme in that regard, in that they use their own decor and probably have some independence in terms of product selection, but otherwise follow most of what Albertsons does. (United seems to be the division with the most independence, to the point that I often forget that they're part of Albertsons at all.)
