In the dark

This was my first time using my current phone (I guess I can't call it new anymore now that I've had it for over two years!) for night pictures, and I was very impressed compared to my previous attempts at nighttime photography. If anything, I thought the pictures looked a bit lighter than the real scene, but the fact that they aren't massively blurry is a very good thing. You still can't see all that much detail of the exterior, but this store isn't all that interesting on the exterior anyway. It's a bit odd that the drive up and go area is fully visible through the windows on the left -- I'm guessing the glass has some sort of one-way coating that makes it harder to see through in the daytime but which doesn't work when it's dark out.

Like the Raley's I posted much closer to the time of the vacation, I was here at nighttime looking for something to cook for dinner after a long day. Unlike that store, this place doesn't have any particularly good reason for nighttime photos, but it was one of the closest stores to the Airbnb where I was staying, and I had already visited (and photographed) the Safeway that was also somewhat close by.
