Turning bread into wine

The bakery is probably the most well-preserved Grocery Palace department here, and it's particularly cool to see all of the interior detailing still in place. I love the copper wall tile and the detailed faux-wood flooring! I'm not sure what the deal is with all the wine in here, though -- seems like a strange choice, especially with the liquor department being nowhere near here. (Safeways around here sometimes have bakery and liquor products intermingling, but that's because they often have those two departments right next to each other.)
