Neither that place nor La Panetteria were particularly busy when I was here, despite it being around 11:30, what I would consider the start of lunchtime. But Italians tend to eat later than Americans, at least for dinner -- I'm not sure when lunchtime normally is, but I guess it isn't 11:30. Unfortunately, this picture does a terrible job of showing the products Eataly had on offer, but they were mainly full-size loaves of bread, which I wouldn't have been able to do much with. I'm not sure how expensive things were here or at Alla Pala since Eataly sells most of this stuff by the kilogram, and I don't have a good sense for what kilogram of pizza or baked goods would actually look like!
