I was a bit disappointed to see that Pavilions (one of Safeway's highest-end brands) still hadn't brought back bulk foods post-COVID. (Maybe they have done so in the almost a year since my visit, but I doubt it.) This looks even more sad than the Seattle Division's "bulk" foods areas -- Pavilions has a pretty small selection of packaged bulk foods, with most of the space instead being taken up by the type of standard prepackaged nuts and stuff that you would normally find in the snack aisle.
