It seems that nearly every sign here has at least one letter that's trying to make a break for it! The classic Grocery Palace meat alcove is alive and well at this store, though some of it had been taken over for a beer display in preparation for St Patrick's Day, which was a few days after I visited this store.
As you can see in the background here, this store has a few local flair historic photos scattered around. This is another very unusual feature for Lifestyle v2, and for this era of Safeway overall -- these didn't become common until later Lifestyle v3 remodels in the late 2010s! I wonder how they ended up in this store so many years later. And yes, that means this store simultaneously has things that seem too new for it and things that seem too old for it -- along with all the other weirdness, that makes this a very disconcerting Safeway if you think about it too much!
