Self-express

The other subtle feature that shows that this is a Canadian Safeway front end is the little "express" topper on the register light for lane 7 -- these seem to be a common Canadian thing, but I don't remember ever seeing them used at any US (or at least Washington) Safeway. It's also nice to see the original Lifestyle self-checkout register lights in place -- Safeway just uses the manufacturer's default lights these days (as do most chains, with the exception of Kroger... and their plain cubes hardly count).
