The chicken case here looks straight out of an Albertsons circa 2010, down to the weird multi-color printer paper sign! It's pretty unusual to see such homemade-looking signs -- the price sign in the middle is particularly odd -- at Safeway, but I guess Cheep Chicken never changes.
LOL, this just reminded me of a Yelp review I saw on an ACME one time. The person posted a picture of their Cheep Chicken ad with a scathing review about how nobody should shop at a place that can't spell "cheap" right!
