This is certainly a very classy store on the outside, which isn't surprising since Ralphs is quite a classy chain! This is one of their Fresh Fare stores, a name that is no longer tied to the associated Fresh Fare decor packages, and I believe Ralphs is the last Kroger chain using the Fresh Fare name. Ralphs reserves the name for their higher-end stores, though I'm not sure how much difference there really is between stores with and without Fresh Fare branding these days.
