Strangely, the upstairs/downstairs sign is double-sided, but fails to mention the middle level at all, which would be fairly helpful on the side facing the upper and lower levels. The up and down chevrons that make sense on the front are a bit confusing here, too, with it being ambiguous which level each is referring to. Thankfully, though, this isn't as much of a problem as I'm kind of making it sound like here, as this store no longer has an entrance on the upper level, so anyone seeing this would have entered through the main level -- though even then, considering the bizarre layout this store has, a full three-level directory would probably be helpful.
