Compared to a lot of US malls I've been to, especially the successful ones, Tsawwassen Mills doesn't have a lot of kiosks -- which is definitely a positive in my view, especially since the space they would take up is often used for artwork or seating instead! That really makes the frozen yogurt stand at the end of the Coast Salish section feel rather out of place. And really, this seems like a strange business to have in a kiosk at all, since it requires electrical and (presumably) plumbing connections, making it not easily moveable.
