Someone needs to learn how to use cart returns

This store sure has a lot of merchandise stored outside (including its bagged ice freezers -- I wonder how well they handle the heat in this part of the state) along with beyond the registers inside -- clearly, shoplifting isn't as much of a concern here as in many other locations! (Though, that being said, the bizarre layout of my local Safeway, which is practically downtown in an area where I imagine theft would be a major concern, means that it too has a ton of stuff between the checkouts and the exits.) The old TV-style antenna on the roof really adds to the vintage aesthetic of this store!
