Not sure why there was already a Valentine's sign up at the start of January, but... whatever. Anyway, here's a look down aisle 5, part of the health and beauty department -- at first glance, there's nothing out of the ordinary here, but there is actually something quite unusual for QFC decor-wise, which we'll look at next week!
Yeah, it seems that stores like Kroger roll out the Valentine's Day stuff almost right after Christmas is over. It's pretty pathetic, but then again, I feel like even right now is too early to have Christmas stuff in stores even though obviously we are certainly in the Christmas retail season! Kroger has been playing radio ads with Christmas music since the beginning of November. Grr, by now those ads are already staler than stale!
ReplyDeleteUgh, yeah, sounds about right. Back in early October, I ended up shopping at Lowe's/Home Depot (two stores I hate already!) with my parents, and they already had all of their christmas stuff up for sale... I have to wonder if it's gone already by this point.
