And here's the big reveal -- this store has Neighborhood/Fresh and Local decor! Traditionally, in the northwest in the later 2010s, Fred Meyer used Banner; QFC briefly used Neighborhood before apparently deciding (correctly) that it wasn't nice enough for them and pausing remodels until Urban Mix appeared in 2019. That all made sense until I found this store, which was remodeled sometime in late 2019 (at least a year after QFC abandoned Neighborhood), and ended up with a custom Fred Meyer version of Neighborhood that's never appeared at any other store.
The vestibule is filled with Neighborhood's floral decor, which is almost never used in such a large space, and which I'm not sure was ever used by QFC, since they tend to have tiny floral departments. It's interesting to see how they installed the decor directly onto exposed concrete walls here.
