From across the street, you can just about see the 5 sticking out from the tarp that covers over the Whole Foods 365 sign. Also, as boring as the original JCPenney building is, the stuff that Whole Foods added is even blander... so I guess it's for the best that they didn't try a bigger exterior remodel here!
