Aisle markers

Pivoting to the right again, here's a first look at Airport's grocery aisle markers. Compared to the flimsy flat ones that Walmart has been using for years, these almost feel over-built! The design of these -- a four-sided box with crossbars and hollow space between the two sides -- is like nothing I've ever seen in a grocery store/department before. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan, but anything's better than the old cheap ones!

  1. I suppose those A4, A5, etc. aisle designations make those aisles feel like airport gates. It's a bit of a stretch to compare a frozen food aisle to an airport gate though!

BTW, I had trouble posting this comment in Firefox using private mode as I usually use, but it seems to work fine in regular mode. I'm not sure why Blogger is being picky today after it had been behaving itself for a while.

    1. Personally, alphanumeric aisle designators always just make me think of Target! 😉

Hmm, that's frustrating. At least it eventually worked this time. But Blogger is still not sending me comment notification emails a lot of the time, which is also annoying!

  2. These reminded me of pallets when I first saw them.
