If you've noticed a major change in this remodel already, that being the removal of the vinyl floors in favor of concrete, well, you're more observant than I am! It wasn't until I saw the new "No" decals that I realized something was different with the floors, and it took a while longer for me to realize that this store used to have vinyl, like a full-fledged Target. It's interesting to see that while their large-format stores are keeping vinyl floors (and maybe even getting them replaced in some remodels), the older small-format stores that opened with vinyl are getting changed over to concrete to match the newer ones. And it's also interesting to see that these signs that Target was so in-your-face with before the remodel are so subtle now -- just dark grey decals on the grey concrete floor.
