The area out in front of the not-books section was home to a portion of the non-fiction section, with some of the aisles radiating out from the customer service pod. It certainly wasn't intentional, but it's funny how the two people in this picture are both standing and looking at books in the exact same way -- and it brings up my (very minor) annoyance with low shelving, especially in a store like this where people are browsing a lot, which is that you constantly have to stoop down to look at things on any shelf.
