Spinning around 180 degrees from that last picture, we see the north end of the mall itself, featuring its JCPenney store. This mall was built in 1987, and sounds like it might never have been particularly successful; it certainly isn't doing well today, owing to local economic issues in addition to all the other factors killing off malls nationwide. It's by far the worst dead mall I've experienced (there are certainly many worse ones out there, but it seems like malls are doing better than average in this area), and even more vintage than the Target we just saw.
