What store is this, anyway?

This store still has its black metal carts, not having switched back to the old plastic ones like quite a few stores around here inexplicably have. However, it many of them are actually old Albertsons models instead of the newer Safeway ones that were here when I used to shop here -- in fact, at least one of them still has an Albertsons cart handle (the odd off-green colored one here -- the blue one is actually just wrapped in painter's tape for some reason). The ones on the left are the newer model, with fixed upper baskets and good cupholders; the ones on the right are the Albertsons model, with folding upper baskets and near-useless cupholders.
