While I'm normally able to find out about remodels in advance (especially in Seattle, which has a very user-friendly building permit database), the only sign of this store having been remodeled was the "come in and explore" banner, which I noticed when I was driving by for work a few weeks back. Even then, I wasn't really expecting to find a substantial update here, since the only permits I could find were for much smaller scopes of work (in fact, I still haven't found the permit for the whole remodel, which is very strange...), nothing for a full store remodel.
