The toy department shares the back right corner with the restrooms (sorry, washrooms). Dividing it from the electronics section is a row of video game cases with classic backlit ads on top. I wonder if Walmart even has video games in stores any more, since companies have largely moved away from physical media and would rather sell digital downloads direct to users. Other types of software almost entirely disappeared from stores years ago, so I'm sure the day will come soon if it hasn't already.

I can't speak for the other platforms, but Walmart did have physical Nintendo Switch games in-store as of the other day. Unlike the other gaming brands, Nintendo seems slightly more committed to keeping a physical option for their consoles than the other companies, at least for now.
