This store got Modern's dedicated blue category markers for the health and beauty department, which are a somewhat uncommon sight (though nowhere near as uncommon as the Lifestyle health and beauty decor this store used to have). I'm used to seeing these in stores with fancier health and beauty shelving (low shelves with LED lighting); this store kept its low shelving from before the remodel, so I guess that's two of the three elements of Safeway's deluxe health and beauty departments accounted for.
