Over in the frozen aisle, there certainly wasn't a shortage of frozen vegetables, something that was often a problem in the COVID era! I remember spending pretty much a whole weekend day in early 2020 searching grocery stores for vegetables (hey, it's not like I had much better to do in the lockdown era). At least the frozen cases are fairly modern by Safeway standards (which is sad to say, considering they're nearly 25 years old at this point).
