This store would have presumably been built with Fresh Fare, but unfortunately, by the time I got there in 2019, it had been remodeled to Neighborhood. Neighborhood is by far my least favorite QFC decor of the Kroger era, and it looks particularly blah in this store versus what I'm sure was quite a nice original decor.
These pictures are from my 2019 Portland trip, but don't worry, most of them are much less blurry than this one!
