All of the hanging signage made it quite difficult to get a picture of that sign, but I tried my best since I just had to capture the odd "So. San Francisco" abbreviation, along with the missing space -- all a bit silly looking! As much as I complain about Safeway just using city names instead of neighborhood names in these signs these days, at least they haven't managed to mess up any of those names, as far as I've seen. If something like this was installed these days, I imagine it would be the subject of social media mockery!
At least this isn't in the imaginary town of North San Francisco, aka "No San Francisco"!
