I always love these half-aisle-markers, which I tend to associate with Proto-Lifestyle, though this style of aisle marker dates back to sometime in the 90s. I'm going to guess that these were installed around then to replace 80s-era photo-insert aisle markers. That is one ancient security camera pointing at me, and the lighting in the frozen meat alcove is a very old-fashioned style! The surface-mounted florescent strips on the main salesfloor look like they might have been installed right on top of older recessed lighting, or maybe there's just something weird going on with the ceiling tile grid.
