Much like Proto-Lifestyle, these 90s aisle markers have different colors for different departments: red for groceries, green for general merchandise, and black for liquor. However, this store adds a fourth color, a sort of burgundy/purplish color for aisle 6, home to snack foods. I'm not really sure what the deal is with that; it's close enough to the red that it almost looks like a mistake, but it's consistent across both the front and back aisle markers for that aisle along with the half of aisle 8 that's also labeled as "snack time". On the floor, I'm sure the red stripe would have originally been continuous around the store (and I hope it was originally a less unpleasant shade of red!), but the floor here has been patched so many times that I'm not even sure what the original color outside of the red stripe would have been (the light beige around the red stripe, the darker beige further away, or something else entirely)!
