Front end

The front end of this store looks, somehow, even a bit older than everything else -- I think it's the beams on the lowered ceiling above the registers, which look very old fashioned! I'm guessing these are from when this store was initially built and were left in place during the 80s remodel. The register lights are probably from the remodel, but they also look ancient! At least they have relatively modern ads in them, though they aren't staying in place very well.
