I've always liked the Neighborhood dairy decor -- it's probably the only part of this package I can say that about! It's too bad Kroger ditched the "fresh from Washington" tagline from early Neighborhood remodels, though I'm not sure if they would have used that in this Portland-area store anyway. ("Fresh from Oregon" would have seemed weird, but it might have been more accurate seeing as Oregon's dairy industry is much larger than Washington's!) I love the blue rolling hills graphic, and the wood slats, while not massively impressive, are less cheap-looking than most other departments' decor.
