I've talked about the new wing of the mall several times already... now it's finally time to see it up close. Not that there's all that much to see -- while they kept the gabled roofline from the original mall, the wood ceilings and skylights gave way to a very boring (and unappealingly off-white) industrial ceiling. While I wouldn't have expected mall designers of the 90s to copy what would have already been rather dated-looking 70s architecture, I feel like they could have done a much better job with this design.
