The few aisles in the center of the store are densely packed, but I'm surprised Esselunga didn't install taller shelving like I'm used to seeing at extra-small American grocery stores. The shorter shelving definitely helps keep the place looking classy, and the black shelving looks nicer than the typical off-white. And I'd be remiss to close out this set without mentioning the Lifestyle-esque spotlights!
