Despite all the upgrades, this store's front end still looks pretty much like you would expect from a Marina store. It appears that Safeway left all of the original glass in place and installed the new sign background panel right on top of them, simply blacking out the interior side of the glass. On another note, I'm surprised to see that this store has three liquor aisles, considering its small size! They aren't full-length aisles, but still.
