Sorry for ghosting you the last few days -- plans ended up coming together at the last minute for a family micro-vacation for a 91st birthday party! Anyway, back to pandemic-era Safeway, which I must have caught on a good day based on how well stocked the produce department was (or maybe Safeway was prioritizing stocking stores in wealthier areas during the supply chain issues). The Lifestyle v3 crates with Modern category plaques are a sign that this was an early Modern remodel, since later remodels just removed them (probably because the plain labels look silly on rustic crates!).
