From this angle, you can see that most of the case has been wrapped in stock photos (probably laying around from one of the departments that no longer exists) and filled with Kenmore boxes. The staff area inside was also being used for tools and small appliances, including some very strange-looking Kenmore stand mixers. I'm not sure if that meant that shoppers had to find an employee to retrieve these items, or if they had created a way for customers to get into the old jewelry section (none of my pictures show anyone, customers or employees, in that area).
This seems like an upgrade to me! I've never bought jewelry in my life, but I do have plenty of kitchen appliances. 🙂
