Here's a quick look at that restaurant, which also shares its space with the pasta service department. Oh, how I wish I had a local grocery store with a dedicated pasta service department! 🙂 (Though considering how expensive stuff is here, ranging from around 25 to over 50 euros/kg, and how much more expensive everything is in Seattle compared to Italy... I probably wouldn't be able to afford the Seattle version of this!) The way that the grocery and restaurant sides of Eataly are mixed together like this is one of the things that makes Eataly cool in my opinion, and I've been disappointed to see that most of their stores are no longer like this (including the Rome one that I posted a couple years ago, which I remember formerly being more like this).
