A short staircase directly connects the pizza restaurant upstairs to the pizza-by-the-slice place down here, with the upper-level room also being home to the (bread) bakery and some grocery shelves. Through the glass there appears to be some sort of outdoor dining terrace upstairs, but I didn't see any obvious way to get there (maybe it's part of the sit-down restaurant rather than the food court).
