The meat service area reminds me quite a bit of the Grocery Palace-era Albertsons setup, both due to its location in the middle of the back wall and because of the similar glassed-in prep area. Even the cases look somewhat similar! Even Grocery Palace stores didn't go quite as far as this store when it comes to flooring, though -- they had fancy vinyl floors, but Nob Hill has real tile all throughout the store. (I don't remember it being as annoying to roll carts over as the real tile at some stores, like certain fancier QFCs, but then again, I didn't even remember visiting this store until I found it in my backlog folders, so I don't think my memories of this place can be trusted!)
