Meat around the corner

Up until this point, this store has seemed fairly normal for a Northwest Safeway, but the right-hand wall is where things get a bit weird. For starters, the meat department wraps around the corner, taking up some of the space where produce should be (or the juice section in Lifestyle v2-era Safeways). The green wall paint also seems a bit out of place for Proto-Lifestyle.
