The soffits make it look like this store has a rather elaborate floral department, but it's really just an island next to the front end -- one of the few old-fashioned features of this store is the lower ceiling above the checkouts! Of course, every store I went to on this trip had a ton of flowers for sale since it was right before mother's day. Off to the left is another one of those displays made out of boxes, and it looks like the whole thing is trying to shear off to the right... those displays look so ramshackle for what's supposed to be an upscale store.
