2022 seemed to be towards the tail end of these Infarm units being a fad, but this store still had one at this point. (The company went bankrupt in late 2023 and its website has turned into a gambling site, so I'm assuming these are all gone now.) I remember these being pitched for growing lettuce and vegetables, but it looks like this store was using them pretty much exclusively for fresh herbs -- which would be kind of nice, since the "fresh" herbs stores sell tend to be rather sad, but the whole thing always seemed more like a publicity stunt than a practical idea.
