I think you can see all three of the service department islands in this picture, plus a bonus mini island in the foreground that doesn't seem to be in use any longer (or maybe they just move everything from it elsewhere when the service departments close at night). In general, I'm not a particular fan of this decor, but I like how it looks on the deli island, with the wallpaper broken up by those wooden louver things.
