Emergency floor plan alert

Before we head on to the main salesfloor, let's take a quick look at the floor plan, since this store's pretty wacky! Ignore the "you are here dot" (as the legend helpfully labels it); we're starting in the bottom left, with the pictures from above being a view from just "plan north" (northeast, geographically) of the elevators. At the bottom is the grand aisle area, with three service department islands (well, one's more of a peninsula, blocking off the grand aisle from the main aisles at the top of the plan); the pharmacy is also in an island right in the center of the store. All of the checkouts are shifted to the north end of the store, next to the main aisles, so they clearly aren't expecting people to "grab and go" from the service departments, something stores with such an extensive service department setup are typically designed for. The map also shows the residential part of the building, with one tower butting up against the northeast side of the store and the other separated by what I'm guessing is amenity space for the apartments.
