I'm used to mixed-use Safeways with weird layouts, but this store takes it to a whole new level. (And that's particularly odd since this isn't really even a mixed-use store, just a normal store with a couple towers stuck on the edges!) The ground floor is almost entirely taken up by parking, with just a little entrance lobby -- but for some reason, that entrance lobby is also the floral department, completely isolated from the rest of the salesfloor.
